Later that afternoon, we invited the young people from the village to join us and the
response was overwhelming. We did an art project with them and then our youth led a
worship service.
On Wednesday, our last day at the school and feeding center, we painted, visited homes,
and played with the children. The students presented a beautiful farewell program,
shared their artwork with us, and blessed us by surrounding us with their prayers.
Staying in Sarita's home was a tremendous blessing and made the need for the mission
home even more evident. Spending that time with her allows team members to truly
understand the heart and vision of the ministry.
So, to each of you we say "Thank You". Thank you for praying and giving and going in
order to make this ministry possible. The difference you are making in the lives of the
people in that mountain village is immeasurable.
